Daily 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating.

It is considered the least restrictive and most flexible diet plan, as it easily aligns with most lifestyles.


Most choose to eat from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. This way they fast only at night and skip breakfast. Others choose to eat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. so they can have a good breakfast and lunch.


Intermittent Fasting 5:2


This method involves unrestricted eating for 5 days of the week and 2 days of complete abstinence or consumption of 500 calories for women and 600 for men.


During the fasting period, consume plenty of water, beverages and coffee without milk and sugar.
