Smile-pharmacy.gr offers the following ways to place your order:

1. Through our website

You can browse our website or use the search engine to find the product you are interested in. When you have gathered the products you want in your Shopping Cart, click on 'Complete Order'. You will then be asked to select a payment method in the secure environment of our website. After completing the order you will receive an email confirmation of your order and another notification when it is shipped.

2. Phone

You can place your order by phone at (0030) 211-8009093 from MONDAY to FRIDAY from 9:00-17:00.

3. E-mail

You can send your order by e-mail to [email protected]

Order Dispatch: After completing your order and if you have provided an email address, you will be immediately notified by an informative e-mail (there is a possibility that the informative e-mail may be found in the Spam/Junk of your e-mail). Deliveries are made on working days (Monday-Friday) with the cooperating courier company between 10:00 - 18:00.

*During periods of increased workload (e.g. Black Friday, festive periods etc.) there may be delays in the processing of orders.

Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your order is possible and accepted under the following conditions:

Before shipment: Cancellation is accepted without any charge, provided that your request is submitted before the departure of the order from our pharmacy. You can request cancellation in the following ways:

Through the platform of our website.

By phone, calling us at 211 800 9093.

By e-mail at [email protected].

After the start of shipment: If the cancellation request is made after the shipment process has begun and the package has been delivered to the courier company, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping costs (both shipment and return).
