Phone Order: Upon completion of the call and verbal confirmation of the items to our representative, the responsibility for the correctness of the codes is transferred to the customer.

Confirmation via E-mail: In case an email address has been provided, a written confirmation of the order is sent. The customer is responsible for checking the codes within 1 hour from the sending of the relevant e-mail. After the passage of this period, the order is considered final.
