Shipping Costs
The shipping fee for orders is (Terms and conditions apply based on weight, volume, and delivery zone*) :*1. For orders to specific delivery zones a shipping fee of 5.75€ applies based on respective lists of the cooperating courier companies we partner with.
2. For orders over 4 kg the fee is as follows: 1.50€ per additional kg.
Example: an order with a total weight of 5 kg, the shipping fee will be plus (+) 1.50€ while for 6 kg the corresponding fee will be plus (+) 3.00€ etc.
According to IATA regulations, the fee for each shipment depends on its volume and weight. In case the result of the shipment's volumetric weight calculation (LENGTH X WIDTH X HEIGHT in cm / 5000) is greater than its actual weight, the fee is based on the volumetric weight calculation.

**In the areas of Zakynthos, Corfu, Lefkada, Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini NO orders are sent with the General Post Service.

-For products with the indication «Refrigerator Product» the order shipment is performed only from Monday to Wednesday.
-It is possible for the store to contact the customer for bulky orders, regarding their processing and shipment. This is to ensure the smooth execution of the order and to inform the customer of any special conditions or costs related to the shipment.
International Shipments
Shipments of products outside Greece are possible only to Cyprus with Payment via Paypal or credit card. The shipment of orders to Cyprus can be done with General Post Service with a one-time fee of 12.00 euros (up to 2 kg)** or BOX NOW with a one-time fee of 8.00 euros (up to 3 kg)*** Any additional charge incurred for the shipment of the order abroad is the responsibility of the recipient (e.g. customs charge, if any).
**For orders over 2 kg the fee is as follows: 2.00€ per additional kg.
***For orders over 3 kg the fee is as follows: 8.00€ per additional kg.
Spray products and fragrances cannot be shipped by plane as the transportation of flammable products is prohibited according to the cargo transportation regulation by the courier companies.
All above prices include standard VAT. Upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive an email with the order details.

You are given the option to choose whether the receipt issued for your order will be a retail sales receipt or an invoice. Invoices are issued to companies and self-employed professionals provided they complete the following details during their order: Company name, VAT number, TIN, Head Office address and profession for self-employed professionals.
