Shipping Costs
The shipping charges for orders are (Terms and conditions apply based on weight, volume, and delivery zone*):*1. For orders in specific delivery zones, a shipping charge of 5.75€ applies based on the relevant lists of the cooperating courier companies.
2. For orders over 4 kg, the shipping charge is as follows: 1.50€ per additional kilogram.
Example: an order with a total weight of 5 kg, the shipping charge will be plus (+) 1.50€ while for 6 kg the corresponding charge will be plus (+) 3.00€ and so on.
According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on its volume and weight. If the volumetric weight of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in cm / 5000) is greater than the actual weight, the charge is based on the volumetric weight.

**In the areas of Zakynthos, Corfu, Lefkada, Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini NOT orders are shipped with the General Post Office.
THE CHOICE OF THE COURIER COMPANY IS MADE DURING ORDER PLACEMENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S DISCRETION AND CANNOT BE CHANGED/MODIFIED AFTER SUCCESSFUL ORDER PLACEMENT.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION WHEN CHOOSING THE COURIER COMPANY FOR THE BEST SERVICE.
-For products marked as "Refrigerated Product" shipping orders is only executed from Monday to Wednesday.
-The store may contact the customer for bulky orders regarding processing and shipping. This is to ensure smooth order execution and inform the customer of any special conditions or costs related to shipping.
International Shipments
Shipping products outside Greece is only possible to Cyprus with Paypal or credit card payment. Shipping orders to Cyprus can be done with General Post Office with a flat fee of 12.00 euros (up to 2 kg)** or BOX NOW with a flat fee of 8.00 euros (up to 3 kg)***. Any additional charges incurred for the shipment abroad are the recipient's responsibility (e.g., customs charges, if any).
**For orders over 2 kg, the charge is as follows: 2.00€ per additional kilogram.
***For orders over 3 kg, the charge is as follows: 8.00€ per additional kilogram.
Items in spray form as well as perfumes cannot be transported by plane as the transport of flammable products/items is prohibited according to cargo transport regulations by courier companies.
All the above prices include standard VAT. Upon completion of your order, an email with your order details is automatically sent.

You have the option to choose whether the receipt issued for your order will be a retail sales receipt or a sales invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers provided they fill in the following details during ordering:
Company name, VAT number, tax office, registered office address, and profession for freelancers.
