Pickup from Store

Pickup and Payment of your order from our store

To pick up from the physical store, a prior telephone or on line order is required.

Pickup from stores is available for orders over 15€.

The order is considered ready for pickup if an appropriate notification has been sent in the form of Viber or sms and e-mail from our store.

Following our notification (Viber or sms and email) the customer can pick up their order from our physical store within a period of five (5) working days.

After the expiry of the time limit (five (5) working days) the order is automatically cancelled and is no longer available in our physical store.

It is clarified that the final prices shown on the website of smile-pharmacy.gr apply exclusively for online purchases via the site. The final prices that apply at the physical pharmacy of the business may differ.

The schedule that applies for pickups from the store is as follows:
Monday-Friday 08:30- 20:00
Saturday 8:30 -14:30
