The payment of your order can be made in the following ways
Pay in cash for your order upon delivery by our courier company to your address.
For the payment of your order and its immediate processing without additional procedures and without payment fees, you can make the payment at your bank via web banking or mobile apps, selecting Payments > PayByBank. There you will enter the payment code and the amount we have sent you after completing your order. We will automatically receive your payment and your order will be processed immediately. There are no payment fees, provided the bank is Greek and you choose payment via web banking, phone banking, or your bank’s app and not at a physical branch.
Valid for all Greek banks.
ATTENTION: The order and the payment code remain active for 24 hours from the time of successful placement of your order and the sending of the electronic payment code from our store.
After 24 hours, the order is AUTOMATICALLY canceled by our system and the payment code expires.

To ensure the absolute security of online transactions via credit cards, payments made using cards are processed through the Eurobank’s electronic payments platform "Wordline Eurobank Ecomerce" and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
In the secure form of Eurobank, you can fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiration date, and issuing bank).
*The Iris payment method allows you to easily and securely make payments through your online bank account.
By selecting your bank, you will be redirected to its e-banking portal to approve your payment without sharing your personal details with third parties or pay using a QR code, use your bank’s e-banking app to scan the QR code displayed below, in order to complete your payment within it. You will then be automatically redirected to the company’s site where you will be informed about the result of your transaction.
We recommend, for your own safety, to be present during the delivery of your order, having your ID with you.
Online payment via PayPal
For in-store pickup, a prior or telephone or online order is required, which must be processed by our system for at least five hours.
After we contact you, the customer can come to the store to collect their order.
It is clarified that the final prices displayed on the smile-pharmacy.gr website apply exclusively to online purchases through the site. The final prices applicable at the physical pharmacy of the company may differ.
The schedule for in-store pickups is as follows: Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00
