Payment for your order can be made in the following ways
Pay for your order in cash upon delivery by our courier service at your location.
To pay for your order and have it processed immediately without any additional procedures and without payment fees, you can make the payment to your bank via web banking or mobile apps, selecting Payments > PayByBank. There you will enter the payment code and the amount that we will have sent you, after the completion of your order. We will automatically receive your payment and your order will be processed immediately. There are no payment fees, provided that the bank is Greek and you select payment via web banking or phone banking or the bank's app and not in a physical store.
Applies to all Greek banks.
NOTE: The order and the payment code remain active 24 hours from the moment of successful registration of your order and the sending of the electronic payment code by our store.
After the passage of the 24 hour period the order is automatically cancelled by our system and the payment code ceases to be valid.

To ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions via credit cards, payments made by card are processed via the "Wordline Eurobank Ecomerce" payment platform of Eurobank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the designated recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
In the secure Eurobank completion form you can fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiration date and issuing bank).

By selecting your bank you will be transferred to its e-banking portal to approve your payment without sharing your personal information with third parties or pay using a QR code, use your bank's e-banking app to scan the QR code that appears below to complete your payment within it. You will then be automatically transferred to the business site where you will be informed of the result of your transaction.
Online payment via the PayPal service
For pickup from the store, a prior telephone or online order must have been made which requires at least five hours of processing by our system.
After our communication the customer can come to the store to pick up their order.
It is clarified that the final prices shown on the smile-pharmacy.gr website apply exclusively for online purchases via the site. The final prices that apply in the physical pharmacy of the business may differ.
The hours that apply for pickups from the store are as follows: Monday-Friday 08:00- 20:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00
