The fear and horror of all women. The reason that makes us ashamed at the beach, not wearing the shorts we want, not sitting as comfortably as we want to avoid this... nightmare!
I would be lying to you if I claimed that with 2 cups it disappears cellulite. But I can surely say that the following tips, if you do them regularly and consistently, will help you fight it VERY MUCH, and if it is not so intense, it will eliminate it!
Choose your carbohydrates wisely Given that increased insulin levels may be related to the appearance of cellulite, it is important to consume balanced carbohydrates throughout the day, as they are responsible for increasing this hormone. However, in no case do I refer to excluding carbohydrates from your diet! It is important, however, to make smart choices and distribute carbohydrates equally throughout your day.
Carbohydrates that love us: whole grain products, lentils, oats, quinoa, brown rice, beans, vegetables such as potatoes & sweet potatoes
Carbohydrates that deceive us: white sugar, processed snacks, sweets and candies, soft drinks, ready-made juices
Here I must tell you to avoid fried foods that enhance the accumulation of adipocytes. Instead, choose healthier cooking methods such as boiling or steaming.
Use vacuum suction cupsYes! The vacuum suction cups that our grandmothers told us do good? Well, they do good in fighting cellulite! Don't panic, neither wine nor fire will be needed. Only a vacuum suction cup!
- Clean the suction cup you will use
- Apply the suction cup correctly on your skin
- Make sure you have created the vacuum that the suction cup 'wants' to stick well
- Make upward movements on the surface of the skin
I do it on my legs and I have seen a difference, but as with massage and dry brushing, it requires repetition and consistency to see results!
