Electrolytes, such as potassium and magnesium, are minerals that are naturally found in our body. The balance of these minerals is essential for the normal functioning of our cells, muscles, and nerves.
When this balance is disturbed, dehydration symptoms may occur. Imbalance can be caused by diarrhea, sweating, especially during the summer days, and intense physical exercise. Hydrolytes is a combination of potassium and sodium.
