- Before using the Sinomarin®, blow your nose to remove mucus.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Hold the bottle upright and spray a few times to activate the spray pump.
- Tilt your neck slightly forward over a sink and turn your head to the right.
- Gently place the nozzle of the bottle into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum and press firmly.
- Turn your head to the other side and repeat the same procedure in the other nostril.
- Remove the nozzle from the nostril, return to an upright position and let the solution act for a few seconds. Then blow your nose.
- Repeat the procedure if necessary.
- After each use, make sure to rinse the nozzle thoroughly with warm water and dry it.
Infants & Children who need help:
- Clean and wipe the baby’s nose thoroughly before applying the Sinomarin®.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Hold the bottle upright and spray a few times to activate the spray pump.
- Place the baby in a prone position with the head turned to the right.
- Gently place the nozzle of the bottle into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum and press firmly.
- Turn the baby’s head to the other side and repeat the same procedure in the other nostril.
- Remove the nozzle from the baby’s nostril and return to an upright position leaving the solution in the nose for a few seconds to act, then clean it.
- Repeat the procedure if necessary.
- After each use, make sure to rinse the nozzle thoroughly with warm water and dry it.

Suitable for everyone, even infants.
1-3 sprays in each nostril, 3-5 times a day, or as directed by a doctor
