For every purchase you make from our site we reward you with points. Find the products with the Smilies indication and see the points that correspond to each one. The reward points are collected in your account where you can also see exactly when and how many points you have collected.
To be able to start collecting reward points it is necessary to have created an account on smile-pharmacy.gr. In your account you can store your points so that you can use them in your future orders.
Find the products with the Smilies indication and see the points that correspond to each one. Also, you will discover selected products that give you double or triple points with the 2x or 3x mark respectively.
After you complete your purchase and pay for your order, the points will be stored in your account for your next purchase.
Once you log in to your account and place the products you want in your shopping cart, the total number of points you have collected from previous purchases will be displayed along with their value in euros. If you wish to redeem the points you have collected, simply check the corresponding box and the additional discount will be applied to your order.
You can redeem your points on any of your orders, provided that they have accumulated at least 200 or more.
Just like with any new service, the points start counting from the moment our loyalty program was created (Start date: 13/11/2018) and are not given retroactively. So, start collecting points from today and soon you will benefit from additional discounts and privileges!
The new points are added to your account upon payment of your order. If you pay with a refund, this happens a few days (5-10 working days) after you pay for the courier that will deliver your order. Additionally, it may take up to 48 hours for the points to appear in your account.
The points are added to your account when you make your phone order, provided that you have created an account on smile-pharmacy.gr.
