Before sun exposure,
apply generously (e.g., 2 fingers’ worth of product on an adult’s hand). Reducing this amount will decrease the level of protection. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, towel drying, or sweating. Do not stay in the sun for long periods of time, even if you use sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous. Avoid exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose infants or young children to the sun. Use protective clothing (hats, glasses, shirts, etc.).
Apply before sun exposure and reapply regularly to maintain protection, especially after swimming in the sea or drying off and sweating. Apply a generous amount. Reducing the amount will significantly decrease the level of protection.
