Relief from dry cough with:
Perilla (Perilla frutescens): widely used in traditional medicine for relief from cough and headaches, and for treating infections, as it strengthens the body's natural defenses.
Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica): contributes to the relief of chest and respiratory tract mucous membranes, as well as to combating dry, spasmodic cough and runny nose. It also has expectorant properties.
Sundew (Drosera): offers effective relief from respiratory conditions, such as cases of irritating cough, whooping cough, asthma, coryza, and bronchitis.
Mallow (Malva sylvestris): thanks to its emollient, soothing, and anti-inflammatory action, it is effectively used in traditional medicine to combat asthma, bronchitis, cough, throat infections, and emphysema.
4-8 sprays per day are recommended or as needed.
