Dosage - Use: As a dietary supplement take 1-2 packets per day. Each 5.7ml packet of Altrient R-alpha lipoic acid (Lypo-Spheric R-alpha lipoic acid) contains 250mg alpha lipoic acid and 1,000mg of ‘’essential’’ phospholipids. pour one or more scoops into your cool drink. Alternatively, squeeze the contents directly into your mouth and take immediately with a little water (30-60ml). Take on an empty stomach, and wait at least 20 minutes before eating. We do not recommend mixing the product with a hot beverage or with any high-speed blender or food processor.
