Uses in aromatherapy:
In cooking:
- To improve concentration and spiritual clarity: add 5 drops of basil essential oil to the ceramic device for essential oils.
- To combat mental and physical fatigue: add 6 drops of basil essential oil to the bathtub or alternatively 4 drops of basil with 2 drops of rosemary essential oil.
- For the digestive system and indigestion: add 3 drops of basil essential oil and 2 drops of mint essential oil to 10ml of almond oil and massage the stomach area.
- Sauce for pasta: add 1 drop of basil essential oil to 2 cups of tomato juice
- Dressing for salads: add 3 drops of basil essential oil to 100ml of olive oil to give your salads a unique flavor.
Instructions for Safe Use:
- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
- Do not consume internally unless advised by a doctor, pharmacist, or experienced aromatherapist.
- Do not use undiluted on the skin.
- Perform an allergy test.
- After using citrus essential oils, avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours
