Usage: Apply a sufficient amount (equal to 2mg/cm2) before sun exposure.
Avoid the area around the eyes.
Repeat often especially after sweating, swimming or wiping. Reducing the recommended amount significantly limits the level of protection.
Ideally, keep children away from direct sunlight exposure.
When this is not possible, use sunscreen and wear a hat, shirt and sunglasses.
Expose to the sun at the minimum, especially at noon.
