Our orthodontic nipples are designed using soft silicone to support the natural movements of the mouth muscles, helping to reduce the risk of malocclusion. The nipple with a narrow opening is designed to reduce the pressure between the tongue and the palate. The Philips Avent ultra pacifiers have independent certification from the Oral Health Foundation. They are made from 100% food-grade silicone, more durable than rubber (latex) nipples, and do not contain BPA, BPS, phthalates, PVC, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
The embossed silicone nipples are designed to mimic the feeling of a mother's breast. When we asked parents how their babies respond to these, an average of 98% said their babies accepted the Philips Avent Ultra pacifiers.
The most sustainable options allow you to provide the best care with less impact on the planet. The full Ultra range from Philips Avent includes pacifiers and sterilizing boxes made from 80% plant-based materials.*
