Description - mode of action
The first experiments in 1958 in Germany proved that harpagophytum has strong anti-inflammatory properties without side effects.
Two components of harpagophytum, harpagoside and beta-sitosterol, show anti-inflammatory properties, but studies have shown that using the whole plant is more effective.
Because harpagophytum has strong detoxifying properties, it is also recommended for the preventive continuous use in chronic diseases.
Ingredients
Each coated tablet contains 480mg of harpagophytum root (Harpagophytum procumbens) extract.
Dosage and method of use
Adults: 1 tablet 2 times a day, during meals. Swallow whole with a little water.
Maintenance: 1 tablet daily. Maintenance dosage is indicated for chronic conditions. It is recommended to take for at least 6 months (harpagophytum, by strengthening the immune system, helps detoxify the body, acting beneficially on inflammations present throughout the body).
Note: The tablets have a special enteric coating to ensure they are not deactivated by gastric fluids. There are no restrictions for long-term use. For maximum benefit, harpagophytum should be used for 6 to 12 months.
