Description - mode of action

Wild spruce is used in cases of bronchitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, hoarseness, irritated throat and cough.

Contains resin and essential oil of wild spruce, terpenes and tannin, which act beneficially, soothing the irritated upper respiratory tract in a natural way.

Ingredients

Wild spruce (Piceae abietis - Spruce). Also contains raw sugar, honey and concentrated fresh apple juice.

Dosage and mode of use

Children (2-10 years): 5ml, 1 to 2 times a day
Children (10-16 years): 10ml, 2 to 4 times a day
Adults: 15ml, 2 to 4 times a day. Preferably taken before meals.
