The Biorga Cystiphane DS Shampoo by Bailleul is a specialized 200ml shampoo for persistent, severe dandruff, dry or oily, often accompanied by itching and redness in the scalp. It is the choice when simple anti-dandruff shampoos from the supermarket do not work.
The formula is based on an exclusive complex of klimbazole and miconazole and has triple action: removes scales, soothes itching and helps maintain scalp balance. Despite its intensive action, it leaves hair soft and shiny.
On the scalp there is normally a yeast, the Malassezia, which feeds on the sebum. When it over-proliferates, for example due to oiliness, stress, cold weather or hormonal changes, it irritates the skin and accelerates cell renewal. The dead cells stick together and come off as visible scales, while the irritation causes itching.
Therefore an effective shampoo needs two actions: to control the fungus and to remove scales. Cystiphane DS does both, adding soothing for the itching.
For adults, men and women, with severe or recurrent dandruff and itching. For those with oily scalp with yellowish scales or dry scalp with thin, white scales. If you show severe redness, plaques or scales and in other areas, such as eyebrows or sides of the nose, seek dermatologist evaluation.
Application: on wet hair, gently massage the scalp, leave for 3 minutes and rinse with cool water until all the foam is gone. Repeat if necessary.
