INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS
L-cysteine (sulfur-containing amino acid): one of the main components of hair (18%), nails (14%) and, to a lesser extent, skin (2% to 4%). It is contained in the keratin of hair and nails. It will accelerate the multiplication of cells rich in keratin and this has a positive effect on the growth of hair and nails. High levels of cysteine appear, mainly in the hair, 4 to 6 weeks after taking the tablets.
Vitamin B6: is a vital factor for the use of L-cysteine. It allows the incorporation of L-cysteine in the areas where keratin is formed. The dietary balance between L-cysteine and vitamin B6 is essential because the lack of B6 leads to a decrease in the incorporation of L-cysteine in hair and nails.
Arginine: is an amino acid that is found in high concentrations in the active hair follicles. It acts in synergy with L-cysteine, complementing its effects.
Zinc: essential for the formation of keratin. It also inhibits an enzyme that is responsible for hair loss. Its action is given with much greater possibilities by the presence of vitamin B6.
