Bepanthol Set Face Cream and Sunscreen: the two-step face care routine
The Bepanthol Set combines two face care products in one package: the Bepanthol Moisturizing Face Cream 75ml with 5% Provitamin B5 and, as a gift, the Bepanthol Sun Sunscreen Face Cream SPF 50+ 50ml for sensitive skin. Both have a cream format for external use on the face, with panthenol as a common ingredient, the form of provitamin B5 that is absorbed by the skin.
It is aimed at anyone looking for a moisturizing face cream for sensitive skin and at the same time a face sunscreen SPF 50+ that does not irritate, without having to buy two separate packages. It is a practical solution for those who want a complete hydration and sun protection routine, for women and men, for normal, dry or sensitive facial skin.
What does the set include
Bepanthol Moisturizing Face Cream 75ml
Daily face cream in a 75ml tube. The active ingredient is Provitamin B5 at 5% concentration, which, according to the manufacturer, supports the natural process of skin repair. The composition also includes a complex of vitamins A, C and E incorporated in liposomes. According to the manufacturer, it offers clinically proven immediate hydration within 30 minutes, is dermatologically tested, suitable for sensitive skin and for daily use, and can also be used as a makeup base or night cream. It does not contain parabens.
Bepanthol Sun Sunscreen Face Cream SPF 50+ 50ml (gift)
A very high-protection sunscreen face cream in a 50ml package, specially designed for the sensitive skin of the face. It has a triple-action MultiProtect formula that, according to the manufacturer, protects, hydrates and repairs the skin. It offers very high protection SPF 50+ against UVA and UVB radiation thanks to broad-spectrum filters, while containing Provitamin B5 and Vitamin E, known for their antioxidant action. The composition is highly tolerant and hypoallergenic, without alcohol, without fragrance, without dyes and without parabens or preservatives.
Panthenol and epidermal barrier: why hydration is not just water
Panthenol is the provitamin form of pantothenic acid, vitamin B5. In the skin it is converted to pantothenic acid and acts simultaneously as a moisturizing agent that retains water in the upper layers of the keratinous stratum and as a component that supports the natural process of skin renewal. This is why the same ingredient is found throughout the Bepanthol range, from the classic cream to the sunscreen.
The face skin loses moisture through transdermal water loss. Cold air, heating, air conditioning, harsh cleansers and sun exposure disrupt the lipids that keep the cells of the keratinous layer together, resulting in the skin looking dull, pulling and more easily irritated. A cream with panthenol and lipophilic ingredients limits this loss, while liposomes act as carriers that transport vitamins A, C and E within the composition, resulting in the skin looking smoother and softer.
Why do the two products bond with each other
- They cover different times of the day. The sunscreen is the morning step, the moisturizer is the evening, or in the morning before the sunscreen.
- They share the same active ingredient. Both contain panthenol, so the routine remains consistent without conflicting ingredients.
- They are both designed for sensitive facial skin. The sunscreen is hypoallergenic, without fragrance and without alcohol.
- Economy compared to separate purchases. The second product is offered as a gift within the set, so the price is essentially for one package.
- Fewer steps, more consistency. When both products are together on the bathroom shelf, daily application becomes an easier habit.

Frequently asked questions
Which product do I put in the morning and which in the evening?
The sunscreen is a morning step and always comes last in the care routine. The moisturizer can be used in the morning before the sunscreen and in the evening before bedtime.
Can I put the sunscreen over the moisturizer?
Yes, just let the moisturizer absorb first. If you apply the sunscreen immediately after the moisturizer, the cream may form lumps and not spread evenly.
Is the set suitable for sensitive skin?
Both products are dermatologically tested and designed for sensitive skin, while the sunscreen is hypoallergenic, without fragrance and without alcohol. If you have known allergy to any ingredient, check the INCI list first.

Neither of the two contains parabens. The moisturizing face cream contains lanolin, the sunscreen does not. Fragrance is not listed in the INCI of either product.
Is it safe around the eyes?
For the sunscreen, the manufacturer recommends avoiding the eye area. The moisturizing face cream is intended for the face, while for special eye care the range includes the Bepanthol Anti-wrinkle Cream for Face, Eyes and Neck.
Does it treat acne, pimples or fungi?
No. These are cosmetic products for hydration and sun protection, not therapeutic formulations. For acne, fungal infections or other dermatological problems, consult a dermatologist or your pharmacist.
What is the difference from the classic Bepanthol Cream 100gr?

How often should I renew the sunscreen?
At least every two hours during sun exposure, as well as after swimming, heavy sweating or wiping with a towel.
