Instructions
Shake well before each use. When using for the first time, press the pump 3 times to prime the product. It is recommended to take 4 sprays daily regardless of meals (all at once or morning – evening of two) or as advised by a specialist. Sprays should be placed either inside the cheek or sublingually. Maintain the spray effect in the oral cavity for 5-7 seconds before swallowing to ensure complete absorption.
Dosage
4 sprays contain 3000 IU (75 μg) of vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3V® 100% from plant sources), 6 μg of vitamin B12 (2 forms), 5 mg of iron, and 150 μg of iodine.
