Vitamin D3 promotes the absorption of calcium, while prolonged administration in large amounts increases the concentration of proteins, whose activation depends on vitamin K2.
The most important of these proteins are osteocalcin and matrix GLA protein. When these proteins are activated, they function as a 'conductor' for calcium, guiding it to the bones and preventing its deposition in the arteries (the so-called vascular decalcification). The opposite can happen when osteocalcin and matrix GLA protein are not activated due to lack of K2.

Instructions
3 sprays are recommended regardless of food intake daily (all together or morning – noon – evening) or otherwise as recommended by the specialist. The sprays are done either inside the cheek or sublingually.
Keep the effect of the spray for 5-7 seconds in the oral cavity before swallowing, in order to ensure complete absorption.
Shake well before each use. When using it for the first time, press the pump 3 times to bring the product to the top.
After opening, it is kept for 6 months.
