Dosage and usage:
- Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules, 1 or 2 times a day after meals (or as directed by your doctor).
- Children 5-12 years: 1 capsule per day after meals.
- For people who are going to travel: 2 capsules per day after meals, 2 weeks before departure. During the trip, 4 capsules per day with meals.
- For people taking antibiotics: 4 capsules per day after meals, preferably at a different time than taking antibiotics. Treatment should continue for 2 weeks after the completion of antibiotic treatment.
