The harak extrammune syrup contains

Terminalia chebula,Terminalia belerica, Emblica officinalis, Commiphora mukul:
A combination of phytoactives with anti-inflammatory, anti-infective, immunostimulatory, and dermatoprotective properties, useful in infections of the upper respiratory tract such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis, stomatitis, but also in cases of pustular acne, dermatitis, difficult-to-heal wounds.
Zinziber officinalis, piper nigrum,piper longum.
Reduce the intensity, severity, and duration of upper respiratory tract infections and increase the bioavailability of other actives(e.g. piperine increases the bioavailability of curcumin by 2000% ).
Tinospora cordifolia: A powerful immunomodulator, with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action.
Curcuma longa, Rubia cordifolia: With antibacterial, anti-inflammatory action.

Instructions for use:

Children: 1 - 5 years: 5 ml 2 times a day.

5 years and older: 10 ml 2 times a day.
