Apply 5 drops to face and neck and continue as follows:
1. "Opening decompression points"
Bring the palms together and cover the nose with both hands. Slide hands, keeping palms parallel to the face with outward and towards ear movements.

Then move downwards parallel to the sides of the neck.
3. "Removing toxins"
