The Prevent nipples from Dr. Brown’s™ are another patented innovation of the company, aimed at the protection and proper development of infants. They are specially designed by a pediatric dentist, to reduce pressures inside the oral cavity of babies, avoiding the risk of dental problems.

They have a special air escape passage, which reduces over-pressure (i.e. pressures on the baby’s diaphragm), decreases suctions and disperses air with sucking. Thus, the use of the nipple becomes pressure-free, relaxing the baby.
