COMPOSITION: Sodium hyaluronic acid, Centella asiatica oil extract, calendula oil extract, aloe vera oil extract, semi-synthetic glycerides, BET.
FORM: CICATRIDINA ® is in the form of vaginal suppositories. The package contains 10 vaginal suppositories of 2g each.
DESCRIPTION AND USE: The vaginal suppositories CICATRIDINA ® act thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid, a polysaccharide with a wide distribution in many body tissues. Hyaluronic acid acts as a structural support providing tonicity, nutrition and elasticity to the tissue. Numerous clinical studies have shown the ability of hyaluronic acid to accelerate and improve the process of re-epithelialization and tissue restoration.
INDICATIONS: Enhances the repair and restoration processes of atrophies & dystrophies of the vaginal epithelium. Promotes healing of the epithelium during the postoperative stage after gynecological surgeries, enhances the healing of the epithelium in the postpartum period, restores dystrophies due to chemotherapy and ionizing radiation, restores vaginal dryness due to the lack of estrogens.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: In case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the product's components.
Pregnancy and lactation: In these cases, it is recommended to take the advice of your treating physician.
Effects on driving and using machines. No specific precautions required.
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS: No interactions with other products have been observed. It is recommended to consult your physician before using CICATRIDINA® vaginal suppositories in combination with other medical devices or vaginal medications.
DOSAGE: Use one vaginal suppository in the evening or as directed by your doctor. The duration of use depends on the improvement of symptoms. If necessary, CICATRIDINA® vaginal suppositories can be used for a long period of time.
UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS: The use of all topical products, especially for prolonged periods of time, may present sensitization effects. In this case, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor for appropriate action. In the event of undesirable effects not listed in this leaflet, inform your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Keep the product out of the reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow.
