HOW SUPPLIED: The Vitagyn C ® vaginal cream package with acidic pH, includes a tube of 30 g with 6 single-use applicators.
WHAT IT IS AND WHAT IS IT FOR: The restoration of an acidic vaginal pH between 3.8 and 4.4 inhibits the growth of microorganisms responsible for bacterial vaginitis and creates a hostile environment for E. coli colonization and thus in the recurrence system. Additionally, an acidic vaginal pH neutralizes the infectivity of Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida in the invasion of the vaginal epithelium.
INDICATIONS: Vitagyn C ® vaginal cream is indicated for the treatment and prevention of bacterial vaginitis and recurrent urinary tract infections. Its use is especially valuable in recurrent cases after antibiotic treatment.
Vitagyn C ® vaginal cream with acidic pH, restores and maintains the normal vaginal pH, and promotes the development of the natural lactobacilli flora. In this way, it prevents the creation of favorable conditions for the development of bacterial vaginitis, even during pregnancy.
WHEN IT SHOULD NOT BE USED: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product. Pregnancy and lactation The Vitagyn C ® vaginal cream with acidic pH can be used from the first months of pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Effects on driving and using machines No special precautions required. Interactions with other products There are no known interactions with other products, and therefore it is advisable to consult your doctor before using Vitagyn C ® vaginal cream with acidic pH, in combination with other medical devices or drugs for vaginal use.
HOW TO USE: Vitagyn C ® vaginal cream with acidic pH, is odorless, non-greasy and does not stain clothes. Wash your hands before and after use of the medical device.
Dosage: Apply Vitagyn C ® vaginal cream with acidic pH, once a day, preferably at bedtime, for 6 consecutive days. For maintenance 1-2 applications per week for 12 weeks or more.
PRECAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow.
