The Forte Pharma Expert Hair & Nails is a dietary supplement for hair and nails from the French laboratories Forté Pharma. It combines beer yeast, wheat proteins, 12 vitamins and minerals, burdock and the watermelon extract ACTISOD®. It helps to halt hair loss and stimulate the hair regeneration process, while providing a mixture of amino acids and antioxidants.
The pack of 28 tablets covers four weeks with one tablet per day. It is a practical option to start treatment and see how it fits into your daily routine before completing the recommended three-month program.
Each hair goes through a growth phase, a resting phase and a shedding phase. It is normal to lose a few dozen hairs daily. However, during certain periods, the hairs entering the shedding phase simultaneously increase, and then we see more hair on the brush, pillow, or in the shower.
The most common triggers for this temporary, diffuse hair loss are seasonal changes (spring and autumn), stress periods and poor or inadequate diet. Beer yeast and B-group vitamins, particularly B8 (3), combined with burdock, contribute to shinier, healthier hair.
