Le Jolis (225 mg, equivalent to 900 mg of plant), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), sweet pepper extract(Capsicum annuum L.) (140mg, equivalent to 1.4 mg capsaicin), vitamins (C & E), collagen (100 mg), sambucus extract (Sambucus nigra L.) (45mg, equivalent to 225mg plant), metals [zinc (zinc citrate), chromium (chromium picolinate)], coenzyme Q10 (10 mg).
Take 4 capsules daily in 2 doses, before main meals, with a large glass of water (200 ml).
