Usage:
Apply the gel to the baby's belly. Gently rest your palm and move it downwards 5-6 times. Hold the baby's little knees bent towards the chest for a few seconds to remove any gas. Continue with a gentle circular massage in the direction of the clock hands (clockwise). Repeat the above steps as often as needed.
Extra tip
Cold soles increase the likelihood of abdominal pain. It is recommended
gentle massage on the soles as well.
Do the massage during the hours when the baby is not suffering and not fussy.
