Applied only to uncovered areas of the body, i.e. face, arms, legs and soles. Do not apply to the whole body.

Adults: 10.58ml = 10.90gr = 1 tsp = 2 times a day
6-12 years: 5.87ml = 6.05gr = 1 tsp = 1 time a day
2-6 years: 4.33ml = 4.46gr = 3/4 tsp = 1 time a day
1-2 years: 3.06ml = 3.15gr = 1/2 tsp, 1 time a day
0-1 years: 2.61ml = 2.69 gr = 1/3 tsp, 1 time a day
