Apply to each nostril as often as needed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Remove the protective cap.
- Gently place the nozzle of the bottle into the nostril and press the pump to apply the product.
- Allow the excess solution to run out to remove mucus and then blow your nose.
- Repeat the same procedure in the other nostril.
- Clean the nozzle with water and dry it.
- Reattach the protective cap to the nozzle of the bottle until the next use.
