How does Gynofit lactic acid gel workwith lactic acid?
The Gynofit lactic acid gel regulates the pH of the vagina to normal levels and helps restore the vaginal flora.
Therapeutic Purpose and Use
For temporary relief from bacterial vaginitis alone or in combination with antibiotics.
Restores the vaginal flora to normal and regulates the pH.
Relieves vaginal itching, burning sensation, and relieves from annoying odors.
The Gynofit gel was designed in collaboration with gynecologists for the symptomatic treatment of vaginal irritations.
Method of application and dosage
The Gynofit gel is best applied in the evening in a lying position.
Each specially designed applicator is sealed and contains a dose of gel to be applied directly into the vagina.
Side effects
When the Gynofit lactic acid gel is used according to the manufacturer's instructions, you may feel a slight burning sensation and/or itching, which subsides quickly.
Vaginal mucosa irritation may also occur if you have a predisposition to such conditions and when the mucosa has been damaged due to improper care/hygiene or from the use of local contraceptives.
In such cases, you should not use the Gynofit lactic acid gel.
Contraindications
Do not use the Gynofit lactic acid gel if you have previously had an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients.
If such reactions occur, stop use immediately and consult your doctor.
Special precautions
If you use the gel according to the instructions but symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using it again.
The Gynofit lactic acid gel is not a contraceptive since it does not contain spermicide, but it is safe when used with condoms.
The Gynofit lactic acid gel does not contain preservatives and fragrance or paraben.
Store with LAM for long-term healthy pH. Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature of 15-25°C.
