Product Usage Instructions
1. Place the heel into the hole with the soft side facing the skin. Wrap the ankle support starting from the top of the foot towards the inside of the ankle.
2. Wrap the ankle support under the sole and towards the top of the foot.
3. Wrap the ankle support around the back of the ankle and then towards the front of the ankle. Stick the adhesive tape onto the bandage. Adjust the adhesion point to achieve the desired comfort and support.
