Pleasant taste, easy to use
Piulatte consists of valuable ingredients and has a pleasantly mild taste. It is easy to use: once a day, ideally in the afternoon, dissolve one sachet in 150-200 ml of water or another liquid and drink it one hour before or after a meal. The duration of consumption depends on the individual's personal needs. Piulatte can be taken for as long as it continues to benefit the breastfeeding mother.
The origin of milk thistle
Milk thistle mainly comes from the Mediterranean region, but it is also cultivated in Germany. According to English legend, the white spots on its leaves come from the milk of the 'Virgin Mary', which is how it gets its English name (milk thistle).
