Ingredients / Components: Water, Glycerin, Aloe Vera

Instructions for use: Carefully spray the inside of the shoes 1 time per week (6 to 8 times in each shoe). Allow the shoes to dry thoroughly. During Athlete's Foot & Nail Fungus treatment, in addition to the shoes, spray the socks (clean after washing) thoroughly and then wear them after they have dried completely.
