The Ergonomic InterBrush Mini Size 1 contains 8 interdental brushes with a diameter of 0,45mm. It is just above Size 0 on the Intermed size scale and fits narrow gaps that are slightly wider than the tightest. The anatomical handle makes it easier to access hard-to-reach areas of the mouth.
The difference between 0,4mm and 0,45mm seems insignificant, but in practice it is immediate. A brush that dances in the gap glides over the plaque without dragging it. A brush that properly fills the space rubs the sides of the teeth and really cleans.
That's why many start with Size 0 and, once the gums have adapted, move to Size 1 in some or all of the gaps. The manufacturer recommends it for cleaning interdental spaces and orthodontic appliances.
For those who have narrow gaps that Size 0 fits into very easily. For teenagers and adults with braces, for cleaning around the brackets. And for those who have bridges or implants and their dentist has recommended a thin interdental brush.
Carefully guide the brush into the gap and clean with gentle back and forth movements. When you're done, rinse it under the tap and let it dry.
Packaging: 8 Mini brushes, Size 1 (0,45mm).
Those with narrow spaces should not press, to protect the gums. Avoid bending the wire, as excessive force may break it.
Size 0 is 0,4mm and Size 1 is 0,45mm. Size 1 is for gaps that are slightly wider.
Pass it under the wire, between the brackets, and move it gently. Clean each tooth from both sides of the bracket.
You can wet the brush or use a minimal amount of toothpaste or gel, if recommended by your dentist.
It depends on how many gaps you clean. Each brush is used for several days, until the fibers wear out.
They have the same size of 0,45mm. The Mini is available in an 8-piece package, while the simple Ergonomic InterBrush is in a 5-piece package.
Carefully insert the brush into the interdental space and move it gently back and forth. After use, rinse with water and let it dry.
In narrow spaces do not apply pressure to avoid injuring the gums. Only back and forth movements. Excessive force and bending of the wire may cause breakage and injury.
