Slim Fix ODF: dietary supplement in films that dissolve on the tongue
The Intermed Slim Fix ODF is a dietary supplement in the form of films that dissolve in the mouth (ODF, oral dispersible film). The composition contains chromium, biotin, Gymnema sylvestre and extracts of alder. The package contains 28 films.
The format is aimed at those who do not want to swallow tablets or capsules and those who need something that can be taken without water, at the office, in the car or on a trip. The film is placed on the tongue, dissolves within seconds and is swallowed.
What is an ODF film
Oral dispersible films are thin films made of materials that dissolve quickly in saliva. The technology started in the pharmaceutical field, for patients with difficulty swallowing, and is now also used in dietary supplements. The advantage is practical: you don't need water, you don't count powders and each film is a ready dose.
The format has one limitation. A film has a very small volume, so the amounts of ingredients are lower than those of a tablet or capsule. For the exact amounts per film, refer to the label table.
