Before and after dermatological or aesthetic procedures. Apply a sufficient amount to clean and dry skin, especially if you are going to be exposed to the sun. USE
Shake well before use.
Apply a generous amount to dry skin half an hour before sun exposure.
Repeat every 2 hours or after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.

Repeat use every 2 hours, as well as after sweating, swimming, towel drying or/and during sun exposure. Applying an insufficient amount of product will significantly reduce protection.
