Mottex 1 RB is a ready-to-use health-care insecticide in gel form for combating all species of ants.
The preparation acts as an attractive food source and its insecticidal action is achieved with the active ingredient acetamiprid.
The product contains the bittering agent denatonium benzoate at a concentration of 0.001% w/w to prevent accidental ingestion by children and animals.
The ants, attracted by the bait, come into contact with and consume the product, carrying it to the nest, where it causes infection of the entire community.
The damages they cause to food and wooden structures, the fear of insects, the ability of ants to swarm causing swellings and the microbes they sometimes carry (salmonella, staphylococcus etc.), lead to the necessity of using biocides to combat them.
The product is intended for use in inhabited areas and food production areas.
Combats all species of ants.
Dosage: 0.3 g per 1-3 meters
Can be used throughout the year.
Repeat if necessary in 2-3 weeks from the first use.
