Instructions for useChew or swallow 1-2 tablets just before consuming dairy products such as milk, cheese, ice cream, pizza etc. Repeat the dose if you continue to consume and after 1 hour from the initial dose. Adjust the dose to your personal needs.
For young children, you can also dissolve the tablet in a little milk, water or jam.
The effect of the tablets is transient and lasts a maximum of 1 hour. If after 1 hour you want to consume more dairy products, you should repeat the dose. Any excess amount will be expelled from the body naturally.
Do not take more than 12 tablets/day. The activity of each dose lasts 1 hour.
