The A to Z multivitamin from Lamberts® is a formula of one effervescent tablet per day which provides almost all the essential micronutrients, many of which are at 100% of the RDA.
It is a dietary supplement, which provides micronutrient levels aimed at maintaining them and is recommended for ages over 13. Although the A to Z provides micronutrient levels similar to other multivitamin formulas on the market, it has a significantly lower purchase cost.
