Artichoke 7425mg
The first historically recorded reference to the use of artichoke as a herb dates back to the 4th century BC. It is also known as Globe Artichoke and belongs to the Asteraceae plant family which includes Milk Thistle (thistle). This plant has large purple and green flowers, a characteristic that distinguishes it from Jerusalem Artichoke, the edible variety of the plant root.
Historical references concerning the traditional use of the herb relate to the improvement of digestion of fatty meals.
The active ingredients of artichoke are found in the leaves of the plant. The most important active ingredient is the chemical substance cynarin. The Lamberts Artichoke is a high-concentration artichoke extract, titled with 5% cynarin to guarantee 16mg cynarin per tablet.
Like all formulations of Lamberts, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of the Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP).

Artichoke as a 330 mg titled extract (22.5:1) / 7425mg
Which yields: Cynarin / 16mg
Tableting with: Titled Artichoke Extract (Cynara scolymus), Dibasic Phosphate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Pigments: Spirulina, Apple, Sesame & Lemon), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate).
USE
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Time of assimilation: Less than 1 hour.
Dosage: 2 tablets daily with a meal (maximum dosage: 6 tablets/day) for at least 8 weeks. Afterwards, as a maintenance dose, 1-2 tablets daily with a meal.
Note: Artichoke extract can be taken (2 tablets) before consuming a fatty meal, to enhance digestion.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
