The Biome Balance Travel by Lamberts® is a dairy-free probiotic formulation containing 4 billion bacteria per capsule (at the time of manufacture). The combination of friendly bacteria in Biome Balance Travel is unique and includes Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Lactobacillus delbrueckii.
More than 15 clinical studies have been conducted with this specific combination.
The bacteria contained in Biome Balance Travel are dried at high temperatures and enclosed in enteric-coated delayed release capsules (Delayed Release Capsule).
These capsules are made from an acid-resistant enteric-coated polysaccharide matrix (Polysaccharide matrix) which ensures the preservation of bacterial viability as they pass through the stomach and successfully colonize the intestine.
Biome Balance Travel is recommended in situations where the balance between friendly and pathogenic bacteria in the gut microbiome is disrupted. Among these situations, the combination of friendly bacteria in Biome Balance Travel has been thoroughly studied in cases where the microbiome disruption is due to changes in dietary habits (e.g., traveling abroad). It can also be used by individuals undergoing antibiotic treatment and by those who frequently experience bloating (gas).
Like all formulations of Lamberts®, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP).

Adults take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. To be taken with a glass of water preferably in the morning after waking up, when the pH of the stomach is less acidic. Do not take with hot drinks, as the heat kills the bacteria. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Dietary supplements do not replace a balanced diet.
Precautions: People on medication, those who are immunocompromised, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, are advised to take this product only on medical advice.
