Collagen is the protein found in the largest quantities in the body. Its functional role is the creation of connective tissue fibers in organs such as the skin, muscles, ligaments, cartilage, and capillaries. Many studies show a beneficial effect of anthocyanins on the reconstruction, strengthening, and maintenance of collagen in the body.
Many pathological conditions are caused by the disruption of collagen structure and functionality, such as degenerative osteoarthritis, the tendency to easily bruise, and the appearance of edema (non-medical) due to the disruption of the structure of the capillary walls.
Dosage
2 tablets per day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, for the first 2 months.
Afterwards, for maintenance 1 tablet per day.
