Multi-Guard® is one of the most complete globally multivitamin formulations in terms of the content and range of micronutrients. All vitamins in this product are present in adequate levels, making it a useful product in cases where a moderate/high intake of vitamin B complex is required in combination with a high intake of antioxidant vitamins C and E*.
The particular feature, however, that makes Multi-Guard® one of the first choices of Health Professionals, is the content of metals (trace elements and macroelements).
Few multivitamins contain the number of metals that Multi-Guard® contains, although the biological functions in which metals are involved are just as important as those of vitamins.
In addition to the wide range of vitamins, trace elements and macroelements, Multi-Guard® contains a unique blend of antioxidants of plant origin from green tea extract (Camellia sinensis), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) and red grape seeds (Vitis vinifera). This extract has a predetermined antioxidant effect providing 625 ORAC units* per tablet.
Multi-Guard® is aimed at all adults and like all formulations of Lamberts®, it is manufactured in the United Kingdom in accordance with the strict standards of Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP).

Warnings: It may cause yellow discoloration of urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body is excreting the excess amount of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). This product contains iron, and exceeding the dosage may be harmful, especially in young children. This product contains vitamin A. Do not take it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have a potential pregnancy. Do not exceed 800mg EGCG daily. Do not take it with other products containing green tea. Do not take it if you are undergoing treatment with coumarin anticoagulants, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.
Allergies: THE FORMULATION DOES NOT CONTAIN: gluten, wheat, soy, eggs, milk (and dairy products), lactose, nuts, fish, shellfish and sulfites.
