Conditions related to the imbalance of female hormones such as premenstrual syndrome and menstrual cycle disorders are quite common among women in their reproductive age. Lamberts® Premtesse® is a high potency multivitamin specially designed for women in their reproductive age. It can be used both for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and as a main dietary supplement for menstrual cycle disorders.
Contains 19 ingredients, including:
• Vitamin B6, which is known to have a beneficial effect during menstruation.
• Satisfactory level of magnesium (400mg per 2 tablets), which is very important since magnesium activity is dose-dependent with 400mg being the ideal effective dose.
• Satisfactory levels of trace elements such as zinc, iodine and chromium (combats sugar cravings).
Premtesse® can be used together with Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower (Borage) Oil.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
May cause yellow discoloration of urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body is excreting excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
Long-term intake of Vitamin B6 may lead to the appearance of cramps (tingling) in the limbs
