StrongStart MVM is a multivitamin formula, taken in a dose of one tablet daily, designed by the Technical Department of Lamberts for women who are either hoping to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding. When taken daily, it provides the required amount of folic acid of 400mcg as determined by the Ministry of Health, in combination with ideal levels of other vitamins and minerals that are essential for this important period.

It may cause a yellow coloration of urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body is excreting the excess amount of vitamin B2 (riboflavin).
